These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tygr Money websites, mobile or web applications, and any related products or services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by TYGRX INC. (“Tygr Money,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

1. Age / Capacity. You must be (a) at least 18 years old and (b) legally capable of entering binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
2. Accuracy. You agree to provide true, complete, and up-to-date information and to update it promptly if it changes.
3. Security. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Service Description

Tygr Money is a software platform that digitizes peer-to-peer loan agreements and automates reminders, tracking, and documentation. We are not a bank, lender, collection agency, financial adviser, or legal adviser. Tygr Money is not a party to any loan; all terms are set solely between the lender and borrower.

4. License & Acceptable Use

• Limited License. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
• Prohibited Conduct. You shall not:
  1. violate any law (including AML/KYC, sanctions, or consumer-credit regulations);
  2. infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
  3. upload malware or interfere with security;
  4. reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access source code;
  5. use the Service to facilitate fraudulent, abusive, or illegal transactions.
